About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Superintendent.
Siete, Inc. specializes in Heavy Civil Construction for Federal, State and local projects including heavy highway bridge and roadway construction, pile driving, design/build engineering and construction. We pride ourselves in completing projects on time with highest quality and safety measures. As a Construction Project Superintendent, you will play an important role as a member of our leadership team. You will be responsible to coordinate all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. You will also work to maintain positive working relationships with owners, architect/engineer, suppliers, subcontractors and jobsite staff.
Benefits
$75,000 to $115,000 depending on experience
FULL HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION BENEFITS WITH COMPANY PAID PREMIUMS (100% for you and 50% your dependents)
Requirements
5+ years' construction experience with 2+ years being in a Superintendent/Leadership capacity overseeing field crews (preferably working on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, dams, water/wastewater treatment plants etc.)
Must have experience with safety, preconstruction, staff development, retention and owner interaction.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Siete, Inc.’s policies, procedures and software programs.
Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise.
Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
