We are seeking a motivated and Heavy Highway Civil Project Manager & Estimator. Project Management Experience a MUST. Siete, Inc is a family-owned heavy civil construction company with extensive experience. We specialize in heavy highway bridge and roadway construction, pile driving, design/build engineering and construction, and heavy civil construction.
Based in Rye, Colorado- Siete, Inc. is a heavy civil construction company recognized for their consistent standard of excellence throughout the construction industry. Siete, Inc. are members of the Colorado Contractor's Association. We do projects on time with the highest quality and safety measures. Even though our office is headquartered in Colorado. Siete, Inc. provides heavy civil construction services throughout many states and pride ourselves with consistent standard of excellence. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
Must have prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M+
Must have good references from: previous Owner & Employer
Must be a resident of the United States
Must have prior experience as a Project Manager; processing RFI’s, submittals, etc
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
including but not limited to:
Attend and participate in various meetings
Perform material and quantity takeoffs
Solicit material quotes and proposals
Review and comprehend construction drawings
Review and comprehend soil reports
Prepare project submittals
Review and comprehend contracts
Prepare subcontracts
Prepare change orders
Prepare project schedule
Applying for and secure permits
Identify risks and problems
Develop and provide possible solutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong math skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer/vendor service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Proficient with AGTEK, AUTOCAD, or similar software
Must be comfortable interacting with individuals from all levels of the company
Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
Regular, reliable attendance
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Salary
$100,000 to $130,000 annually (based on experience)
FULL HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION BENEFITS WITH COMPANY PAID PREMIUMS (100% for you and 50% your dependents)
