Raised in a multi-generational civil construction family in Colorado, Jace Kirkland has followed in his father’s and grandfather’s foot steps to become an expert in all aspects of the industry. Jace started in the construction field at a young age and learned every position in the field. This knowledge has given him the ability to become an orchestra conductor of a construction project. Jace knows the ins and outs of each role that is critical to the success of a project. He was one of the original team members of Siete, Inc. and has aligned himself to ensure the company’s high standards to deliver quality projects are met. Jace has served as superintendent on many projects for Federal Highways Administration, State DOTs as well as local municipalities. He is skilled in areas of roads, structure replacement & rehabilitation, water channel rehabilitation, dams, pile driving and excavating.
